As a Usui Reiki Practitioner I use this healing method when YOUR body asks for it. It fundamentally gives the client a more calming and restorative experience. I prefer to give this healing in person, but it is just as powerful remote this way I can program the energy to flow while you sleep as this is time when the body heals.

I have also been attuned to Kundalini Reiki which focuses on clearing energetic channels to raise energy from the root to the crown chakra and meridians which helps to accelerate healing. This energy healing can be hands on or just hovering on the areas that need balancing.
